We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. Usually most hula dancers today don't wear those type of grass skirts. If they do, they wear something underneath to help bring out the colors.
And your pose is rather boring. Go on the internet and look for a few hula poses (even on youtube) and copy them. Some of them are not that hard to follow.
Real flowers, a cute skirt and an authentic pose would so make this photo. Just try!
